Well. This is the first time I have ever observed a Couple of Birds mating from a 5-feet distance. Spring is a breeding season for so many birds, including these tree swallows. Obviously, they don’t care about privacy! 🙂 Tree swallows were seen nearly every day in May at the stormwater runoff ponds of the Sligo Creek near the University boulevard. Sadly, they took over a nearby blue bird nest, but it was entertaining to see them hanging out there every morning for weeks.
